LAPC 2013 - exhibition and workshop on "LTCC for Highly Integrated Antenna Front Ends"

The Loughborough Antennas & Propagation Conference (LAPC) is the largest annual UK conference dedicated to the field of Antennas and Propagation. This established series of conferences, now in its 9th year, regularly attracts 200 to 250 national and international participants from academia, research institutes, industry and government bodies. IMST EMPIRE XCcel Workshop

IMST run a FREE one-day workshop on using EMPIRE XCcel 6.02.  The theme for this year's free workshop is "LTCC for Highly Integrated Antenna Front Ends".  The workshop is comprised of two parts: a morning session where invited speakers present key topics, and in the afternoon a hands-on workshop will be given, focusing on advanced modelling and state of the art simulation techniques. EMPIRE XCcel 6.02 – developed by engineering excellence – is one of the leading 3D electromagnetic field simulators. It is based on the powerful Finite Difference Time Domain method (FDTD), which has become an industrial standard for RF and microwave component and antenna design.
