Before he founded IMST in 1992, Prof. Ingo Wolff was the Chairman of the Collaborative Research Center 254 (Sonderforschungsbereich) “High-frequency and high-speed circuits based on III-V compound semiconductors”. He has decades of international management experience in research and development. He regularly coordinates international meetings focusing on mobile phone, microwave, and wireless technology. His fresh insights into the dynamics of innovation drive the company's competitive advantage. In addition to his role as CEO, Prof. Wolff is chairman of the German ITG-VDE the German Association of Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies. Prof. Dr. Peter Waldow, CEO and Co-Founder
Dr. Peter Waldow is co-founder of IMST GmbH and managing director of its general business operations.
He brings comprehensive experience as a senior manager and has coordinated the translation of EU-/BMBF research into new companies. He has been elected every year since 2003 to the board of ITG-VDE, the German Association of Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies. He is also a lecturer in electromagnetic field theory at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
