Antenna development & integration
Good antennas are not necessarily expensive. finding a good compromise between antenna performance, antenna size and production costs is one of our main competences. Our success is based on the development of individual, tailored antenna concepts, considering the specific terminal geometry, the production volumes planned, and the preferred materials and fixation technologies. Sometimes only a small PCB antenna leads to an excellent performance. Once the development is finished, the project can immediately be transferred to our EMC experts to check the performance and the CE conformity. This saves not only costs but also valuable development time

Manufacturing
The complexity of such antenna systems, developed by IMST, ranges from small arrays with switchable elements and partially mechanically and electronically steerable arrays hybrid antenna systems - to fully electronically steerable arrays. Such systems can be equipped with phase and amplitude shifters for each element, or the design can be based on Digital Beam Forming (DBF). This technique, in which the steering is performed directly on a digital level, allows the most flexible and powerful control of the antenna beam
